Super Mario Galaxy

What I perceive the essential experience to be from this Super Mario Galaxy game moment is to journey accross floating islands teeming with different hostilities.

The lens that is most prevalent to this trailer in my opinion is the ‘Lens of Inherent Interest’. From within the first 10 seconds of the trailer, the audience is treated to the player character launching at full speed towards an island which tells us that we would be able to do that throughout the game as the surrounding area also includes other islands. This clearly catches the attention of the audience due to the vast expanse of the open skies that the player character seems to be traversing. The base instinct of the game seems to be roam and explore the various different islands with the games’ higher instinct prehaps being to reach the round black hole looking thing that can be seen near the end of the trailer. In my opinion. The only dramatic change that could be seen in the trailer is from what seems to be the calm and relaxing game hub room too immediately being flung into the sky.
